Marine Science at the University of Sydney

Marine Science at the University of Sydney can be studied through two undergraduate pathways:
· as a major in the BSc program.
· as a subject within various generic Bachelor degree programs, such as Arts or Science, or in the combined degrees such as Science/Arts.

All courses involve field programs, some on the Great Barrier Reef. The University also offers a wide range of opportunities in marine biology, marine ecology, marine geology, marine geophysics, coastal geomorphology and coastal management for Honours and postgraduate research in the many marine research centres affiliated with USIMS.
